PAYMENT & INSURANCE

A Dwelling Place Counseling is  currently a provider of Optum (a behavioral health branch of United Health Care),  United Health Choice Plus, and CIGNA.  A Dwelling Place Counseling is not an EAP provider. For private pay, a session lasts 55 minutes and costs $110. A Dwelling Place Counseling offers a limited number of sliding scale sessions. Cancellations will be allowed at no cost up to 24 hours ahead of the scheduled session time.

In addition to counseling services, Clinical Supervision for Social Work students or graduates with their MSW/LSW (Masters of Social Work/Licensed Social Worker) is available. For students, a 55 minute individual session costs $75/hour and a 120 minute group supervision session costs $65/hour per participant (minimum of 3).
